Join us for our next Wine & Dine Dinner where Chef Lidia Bastianich will collaborate with L'Oca d'Oro Chef-Owner Fiore Tedesco! Your ticket includes a five-course dinner, wine pairings, and a signed cookbook. All proceeds benefit the Culinary Grant Program.
Wine & Dine Dinner Series
The Wine & Dine Series offers the opportunity to experience a truly rare, intimate evening with a nationally acclaimed celebrity chef in a unique dinner format. Attendees have the opportunity to get up close with these celebrity chefs and hear from the chef about their culinary philosophy and inspiration while enjoying a special menu with top-tier wine and spirit pairings. Dinners are hosted by Austin’s best restaurants, whose chefs collaborate with the visiting chef to showcase local flavors throughout the menu. Funds raised benefit the AFWA’s Culinary Grant Program.
Chefs who have previously been featured in the Wine & Dine dinners include nationally acclaimed celebrities Jacques Pepin and Emeril Lagasse, along with Austin-based chefs Rene Ortiz, Laura Sawicki and David Bull – all highly awarded chefs.

Nationally acclaimed cookbook author and PBS-TV host Chef Bastianich will join L’Oca d’Oro Chef Fiore Tedesco, one of StarChef’s Rising Star Austin award winners who brings his Italian family traditions, experience, and vision of gracious hospitality to life at his restaurant.

Chef Shaya will collaborate with award-winning Emmer & Rye Chef-Owner Kevin Fink, 2018 James Beard Award semi-finalist and the recipient of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs (2016). Fink’s restaurant was named Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurant (2016).
Hugh Acheson at Emmer & Rye, July 30: $250 per person SOLD OUT

Chef Acheson will collaborate with Emmer & Rye Chef-Owner Kevin Fink, 2018 James Beard Award semi-finalist and the recipient of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs (2016). Fink’s restaurant was named Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurant (2016).
Matt Jennings at Olamaie, June 28: $225 per person SOLD OUT

Chef Jennings will collaborate with Olamaie Chef Michael Fojtasek, who is a 2018 James Beard Award Finalist. Olamaie was named the Austin American-Statesman’s Best Restaurant in 2017.
